How to be an Exhibitor

The conference will feature an Exhibitor Hall in the Grand Ballroom on the 2nd floor, as shown below. It will be open during the five full days of the Conference, Sunday, August 7, through Thursday, August 11.

The terms that apply are described in the Exhibitor Conditions section on page 2 of the Exhibitor Contract.

Exhibit Area Description and Prices

A table (6′ x 30″) costs $275 and is supplied with 2 chairs, a wastebasket and table covering; maximum 6 tables per exhibitor. A $25 discount per table will be allowed if we receive a signed contract and payment by March 17, 2016.

Additional fees apply for a corner booth, a 4+ table island, perimeter walls with draping, and additional chairs. See the Exhibitor Contract for details.

Note: The 24 Share Fair tables in the middle of the hall will be available only on Sunday, for approved SIG and BOF organizations who apply in advance. See for information.

Also note: The diagram shows names of organizations that had reserved tables as of early March. Unlabeled areas may no longer be available.

Download the Exhibitor Contract and enter details for your space order. Payment is by credit card or check; please see instructions on page 2 of the  Contract. Deadline for submission of signed contracts and payment is June 15, 2016.  Please be aware that space may sell out before then. Contracts and payments received after June 15 will incur a $100 late fee.
